On September 1, 2026, DRIVE will start at the Augsburg site. This is our 18-month program that will take you through various departments and locations and prepare you for your target position. Within the program, we are filling positions in our segments Vehicle Mobility Solutions, Marine & Industry, Slide Bearings and in operations, supply chain management, project management, and IT.

Ideally, you should have:
§ An excellent master's degree in machine building, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
§ Some practical experience in an industrial company (up to 3 years) would be an advantage
§ International experience and a willingness to travel and to work abroad during and after the programm, team spirit, strong communication skills and a convincing personality
§ You have DRIVE, think entrepreneurially and want to take on responsibility
§ Fluent in both French and English, with business proficiency. Further language skills (such as German) are an advantage.

Recruitment process:
§ Applications are expected before March, 19th
§ After prequalifications based on the résumés and other documents received, you will be invited to an on-site (St-Ouen l'Aumône, 95) interview with our HR representative
§ A dedicated and mandatory assessment center in Augsburg, with RENK Executives, will take place in April
§This one-position opportunity will bem materialized by a French permanent contract from September, 1st
